One of our priorities in this business is soil stewardship and synthetic does not contribute to the health of the soil quality.
synthetic kills your soils microbiome. if it’s sprayed on your plants, then it goes directly into your body. there’s a reason why other countries banned Round Up and why people feel better eating anything they want, particularly wheat, when they travel.
There are alternatives to this mechanized kill chemicals that doesn’t work with nature. we humans need to get back to our connection to the natural world.

Self- Sufficiency! That is my number one reason. Learning what it takes to grow your own food is very empowering and a skillset we should all start to be learning, especially learning that Bill Gates is the #1 farmland owner in the USA…
Taste! There is NOTHING like the taste of a warm, ripe tomato freshly piked off the vine on a summer day. Once you’ve tasted a fresh tomato, you may not be able to go back to store bought.
Inputs! You will be able to monitor all your inputs (well, don’t get me started on the air inputs you can’t control) that go into your soil, that your plants uptake and ultimately end up in your body
Accessibility! Having fresh vegetables, fruit and medicinal herbs at your fingertips is such a good feeling.
Connection! Connection to plants, what you put in your temple, how you engage with the plants, the healing energy exchange with the plants. touching soil - is, in my opinion, one of the most important things you can do to connect you to this Earthly Experince

Passion/about:
This whole adventure started with my love of food. Growing up, my Thai mothers love language was feeding the family. She was always in the kitchen cooking Thai food from scratch, but it wasn’t just cooking, it was passion, it was love.
I grew up gardening with my Thai grandmother, Protip. Protip always wore a rice hat and had a battery operated fan around her neck. She grew all her medicinals and most of her Thai vegetables at home, growing her native Thai foods in Irving, Texas. When I was young, I remember her sharing a seed smuggling story - smuggling Thai seeds into America under her clothing!
Then into my 20’s, I became vegetarian and that finally allowed me to look at the ingredient lists on the back of the packaging to make sure there were no meat products. Then I would see words like “_______” and “______” and first started to question if there was any sort of animal product in it, which lead me to research that scared me so bad, I then shifted into an organic lifestyle.
moms passion story:
it was a lot of small steps that go beyond throwing veggies in a curry pot. It was slowly adding the curry paste into the coconut milk, cooking the chicken separately - then adding that to the curry first, then the eggplant
